Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Réservation de table

Island Fire Chicken is by far my favorite. They did a great job of cooking it here not excessively sauced and not a pound of onions either, it was just right and tasted even better. The interior does look a bit old and dated especially the colors but the tables were clean and there was open seating everywhere inside. Parking: It's a shopping center parking lot so there is plenty of spaces, the closest to the food or shopping may be unavailable but there will be space for sure

I had a negative experience with the phone service at this restaurant. The person who answered the phone did not give their name and sounded disinterested. My partner had to go in person to place our order because I found the person on the phone to be unfriendly. Unfortunately, the service inside was not much better, as the staff member who took my order was also unpleasant. Overall, a disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment.

The service at this restaurant is terrible! They never answer the phone when you try to place an order and when they do, you are put on hold for more than 10 minutes. If you hang up and try to call back, the phones are constantly busy. Even if you go in person, they don't properly hang up the phones so they are not receiving any calls.

I loved coming here. Food is delicious. A mixture of salty and sweet flavors. Seafood and chicken were finger licking. Rice were normal, salad too. The Mac salad was the second better thing in the dish. It's affordable and the places is full of good hearing music. Réservez une table maintenant

I remember this restaurant from when I lived in California back in 2016. I resided in San Pedro, so I believe this was the closest one to me. I'm not sure if this is the exact location, but it appears to be the same. My favorite dish was the tuna macaroni salad.

I went to the restaurant today and ordered chicken katsu, but it did not come with katsu sauce. Do I have to order that separately? In any case, the meal was bland and dry without it. Disappointing experience at Ono's.

I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again and again. They took my plate away so quickly that I thought they were going to close up shop.
