Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Réservation de table

I had a negative experience with the phone service at this restaurant. The person who answered the phone did not give their name and sounded disinterested. My partner had to go in person to place our order because I found the person on the phone to be unfriendly. Unfortunately, the service inside was not much better, as the staff member who took my order was also unpleasant. Overall, a disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment.

The best thing about Ono Hawaiian BBQ is Vinessa. She was so helpful and accommodating. Vinessa gets 10 stars. The food gets two stars. The chicken has the woody consistency. Beef and Kalbi are average at best. Macaroni salad is not true Hawaiian macaroni salad. True Hawaiian macaroni salad is NOT al dente and Ono'sacaroni is very firm. Cabbage is undercooked and not seasoned.

The place is really clean and the cashier who took my order was super professional... It took about 15 minutes for my order, but I ordered two seafood that were delicious by the way... It seems that they have changed their macaroni salad ingredients and although it wasn't what I expected, it was quite delicious... Fish and Jumbo shrimps were juicy... Good food today!

The beef was tuff. Untasty.Only the Compton chain food isn't good.They sent my plate dry no sauce nothing.I bought food in the on in Gardena yesterday it was delicious tasty plus they gave me all the sauces. Réservez une table maintenant

Had to literally wait 20+minutes for our food n while we were waiting a women came in and waited 5 minutes to order and no one ever came to take her order

I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again and again. They took my plate away so quickly that I thought they were going to close up shop.

The food was freshly made. The portion of spam in the mitsubi was a bit small, but overall, everything was good.
