As a DoorDash driver, I want to share my experience at Ono Hawaiian BBQ. When I arrived to pick up an order for a client, the staff informed me the order had already been picked up. I asked if they had verified the person’s identity by checking the name or app picture to ensure it was really me, but they didn’t. It seemed the staff cared more about getting paid than respecting the customer's order. The restaurant refused to give the food again or refund the money.
