I wholeheartedly recommend this place! The food is absolutely outstanding – the shawarma wraps are incredibly juicy, generously packed with meat, and the quality is consistently fresh. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Laila and Jerry, who took the time to mention and show me how everything is made fresh. Today, I indulged in both the lamb and chicken shawarma, and they were nothing short of amazing and delicious. For fellow food lovers, I can't recommend this place enough! Love this place!
This place has excellent food that really tastes home cooked. It’s so comforting to have good rice and rotisserie chicken, and for only $12. And they have a lot of great Mediterranean baked goods like Turkish delight and baklava. But it’s the friendly people that really stand out. While I was there even for just an hour, I saw them give cookies to a homeless man who was hungry, and a free drink to their mail carrier. It makes me happy to be a customer here.
I tried the kebabs, and I am changing my review. First, I asked if they have a spit for their shawarma/gyro. They do not. I asked how they cook it, and the guy pointed me to the grill. I decided to be safe and ordered beef kebab. It was well-done pieces of meet of dubious quality heavily seasoned with cumin (I think) and grilled. Recently ordered catering for a large event from this company, and I can say I am absolutely thrilled at the results. They had a wide variety of options. I really liked the customizable platters and the fact that they could specify how many people the different size platters would serve. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in a unique, fun, and delicious catering experience

Excellent! Go here! I stopped here for the great prices, but I returned for the flavor and the warm atmosphere. At the Opa Cafe you'll get a large portion of food with complex, balanced flavors, all made from fresh ingredients. Love it!
Love this bodega. The owner is super kind and remembers your favorite order the moment you walk in. The prices are also great!
