We decided to speak to the manager about the situation. However, the staff at the register dismissed our concerns, saying they were "very busy," showing no empathy whatsoever. We repeatedly requested to speak with the manager, but each time, he refused to engage with us. After waiting for 15 minutes to see the manager, it became clear he was ignoring us, likely hoping we would just give up and leave.
Finally, a staff member took a moment to discuss our experience and offered a refund, but that didn’t make up for the poor management we encountered. It would have taken the manager less than five minutes to address our concerns and provide a solution, but he chose to act indifferent and rude i...
