It was once again a good opportunity to explore the landscape of the gastronomic peak in the Lübecker and Ostholsteiner area, which I naturally did not want to leave in any case. After a family trip to the famous Karl-May Festivals in Bad Segeberg, the evening should receive a culinary crown again. We felt comfortable from the first second and spent a very nice evening. The service is friendly, attentive and helpful, without being intrusive. We had four in each case the 4 gear menu. Waiting times were short, the advances and transitions were excellent. Personally I had Saltimbocca from the rabbit, chicken, lamb and sweet dessert. All the dishes were delicious and excellent. Didn't eat better in Timmendorfer beach yet. Prices are appropriate for the quality and service offered. We like to come back.
It is nice that there are still places where you can enjoy the high-quality culture. You don't get a flowerpot economically. There is hardly any more the audience that still appreciates this kind of gastronomy. Despite the high prices that are not really high when considering human use, it is worth every cent.
