The head chef is from Japan and is passionate about sushi and respects and the values the tradition of sushi making. Beautiful place to celebrate or be datey Went on Sunday, surprisingly chill very few people. This is perfect for omikase style dining: the sushi chef builds a multi-course sushi dinner featuring specialties and fish that you like. You converse with the chef and he 'll prepare the sushi fresh as you eat, overall it takes a couple hours but you will be full by the end. Each dish is beautifully prepared and small, but don 't panic! It was about $120 per person, fantastic dishes be prepared for a delicious experience, don 't drink alcohol before you go and don 't fill up on dumb things to eat knowing you 're going here. Upscale sushi. Quality was okay. Great ambient. Was waiting for my sushi while the others finished already kinda dissapointed. When I about to walked out, one costumer wanted to dine in. The front said there is going to be wait time?? While so many empty tables. Management please help me to understand.

Ori is the best sushi restaurant in the Inland Empire. We ordered traditional sashimi, their fish was fresh and flavorful. The pork belly appetizer is a must. The atmosphere reminded me a lot of a nice Las Vegas restaurant. Big selection of sake to try. We’ll definitely be back.
We go to Kuwada about once a week. It’s the best sushi restaurant in the inland empire. The sushi is delicious, the staff are so nice, and the atmosphere is so great! The restaurant has a great vibe! Highly recommend!
Went an hour before close but the food was amazing. Our server was super friendly but a bit forgetful. We only grabbed a few sushi rolls but a bit pricey but for the atmosphere makes sense.
This place was delicious. Great ambiance, great service, and trendy. If they expanded their menu selection it would be perfect.
