Original Sub Shop Deli

Food- delicious. I was sad when my sandwich was gone. That's how delicious it was. Get your sandwich pressed. Shop is in an old building with lots of character. The employees were friendly, helpful and you could tell they loved being there. The cookies- DO NOT forget to get a cookie if they have them. Made fresh today. The edges were crispy and it was soft on the inside. One of the best cookies I've ever had. A hidden gem that should not be missed.

I don't know where to begin! First of all, the staff is absolutely lovely. The Subs are so tasty and I highly recommend the Ruben and a side of Macaroni Salad. They always have the best, fresh bread and melt-in-your-mouth cookies! When you walk in it smells like sweet onion! I also highly recommend the Elderflower Soda... AMAZING. The Original Sub Shop and Deli feels like my home away from home, and that is truly what I love most about it.

We were in town and looking for a local sandwich spot. This place did not disappoint! Excellent food on fresh bread. If we lived in Toledo, this would easily become a go-to spot! The Cuban and Turkey Rueben were delicious. The staff was super friendly and personable, especially with our kids. We really appreciated that

Have seen online a few times and decided to try for lunch. The best sub I have ever had in Toledo and one of the best anywhere. I would highly recommend this cute little place. But get there early. They were sold out by 2:00pm.

absolutely amazing. we made a day trip to michigan and on the way home got hungry and found this place. super nice atmosphere 3 lovely ladies working. food was excellent. we live 2 hours away but will definitely be back!
