Orillia Italian Gelato And Market

I cannot recommend this restaurant! I ordered the Italian Champ and Chicken Parm sandwiches, and I was quite let down. The Italian Champ was essentially a Ciabatta bun with just a slice of ham, maybe some capicola, and a tiny bit of cheese—nothing more. As for the Chicken Parm, it tasted like frozen chicken fingers served on a stale bun, with a marinara sauce that didn't add any flavor and just made it soggy. I really wish I could give a better review, but honestly, for $25, I was very disappointed. Both sandwiches could be significantly improved, and I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and raises the quality. Orillia deserves good little restaurants, and I truly hope they can...

I had an amazing meatball sandwich at a great price. The service was excellent, and the food was of high quality. Orillia is a lovely town to explore, with friendly locals and a pleasant, laid-back atmosphere. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Enjoy your sandwich or gelato outside!

You should be embarrassed to say you are Italian.... Went with my Italian wife. And wow. Chicken Parm. Made with chicken fingers Meatball made with frozen Swedish meatballs. Was told all ingredients imported from Italy. Please take down that Italian flag Nonna is rolling in her grave.

Veal sandwich was minced meat of some kind cooked from a frozen Patty cooked in an airfryer. Bun was also frozen or stale. Meatballs were terrible took over 20 minutes to prepare could only do 2 orders at a time. Would not go back again Réservez une table maintenant

Fantastic gelato! We adore the charming little shop. They also offer traditional Italian products that are hard to come by. The variety of flavors changes regularly, and they’ve all been excellent! A wonderful addition to our community!

What a fantastic little gem in downtown Orillia! We tried the dairy and gluten-free lemon sorbet, and we also picked up a jar of sun-dried tomatoes. Both were outstanding, and we can’t wait to return!
