I would give this restaurant a five-star rating, but the service was a bit slow. The food was delicious and enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our son has allergies, and they managed that promptly and without any issues. This restaurant is one of two options available in the hotel, and it's definitely superior to the nearby restaurant, Eriki, which we found disappointing overall. After missing our flight to Beirut, we stayed overnight at the Crowne Plaza London Heathrow and chose to dine at the hotel's restaurant on the ground floor. We ordered chicken tikka masala with rice and a dip for the naan bread, along with a chicken sub sandwich accompanied by potato chips. The food was average—neither particularly flavorful nor off-putting. The service was decent.
