Absolutely rude, arrogant staff. We ordered over $100 in food for pick up, I came in to pay, sat there for 10 minutes while two staff members stood there. I was standing there literally 5 minutes more while one of the girls was on her cell phone, I said excuse me multiple times and was TOTALLY ignored, until I raised my voice. Then was told that, I 'm on break, so another employee walks up and I tell him what has happened and I 'm told, well she is on break. If she 's on break
This place use to be good. Service and food quality has decreased significantly. Not sure if it was because of a Friday night but we were really disappointed with a party of 10. The waiter should confirm orders before the cook arrives to the grill. They forgot my order! And, lower the heat while grilling food so the meat is not tough, especially while cooking lobster. Food was very good but they server little to no vegetables. My fiance and i ordered the land and sea hibachi... he wanted my rice and i wanted his vegetables. I think a had a half cup of vegetables on my plate that should have been a double serving.very disappointing for someone who does not eat rice and compared to other hibachis where you are loaded up with vegetables. Great location in downtown collingswood! The chefs were funny and cute! Interacted with the customers and were very entertaining! The food was delicious! It?s a nice hibachi experience! And the prices were really reasonable!I only gave it 4 stars though because I didn?t like how they rushed us out for the next party. Busy Sunday but she hadn?t even come get our check for payment. But all in all I?d definitely come back. It was a lot of fun 10/10
Always great food and a lovely environment whether it'sa date for two or business dinner for 10 at the hibachi grill! I have yet to be disappointed with a meal choice! There are options for vegetarians, it has rear parking in the back with wheelchair accessibility.

"I have a sister who lives in the UK and I visit her often. I love the food there and miss it when I'm away. The fish and chip shop reminds me of my family in the UK. I have tried and enjoyed everything on the menu, but their fish and chips and bangers and mash are the best. It's a must-visit for anyone on this side of the pond."
