the use of maize starch instead of flour in many objects. amazing sushi, honey walnut tunes just to name a few! great selection of delicious sake also

fantastic eating, the service is great and the mood is really good. we had 2 appetizers and 2 drinks and 2 entries and the price was worth it

very good and fresh. her tuna carpaccio is to die. we sat at the bar and felt very comfortable talking to the sushi cook. he was funny
