Osmow's Shawarma - Réservation de table

I would have given them 5 stars, but the last time I ordered a hot shawarma, I was given this extremely spicy wrap which I would say was just a wrap of fire. I have been getting wraps from osmows for a very long time but this was unacceptable. It was so spicy that I could not take a bite of it and when I called to ask who made this wrap, the explanation was, our spicy sauce is spicy. I am sorry, I didn't know your sauce was going to kill people, when I say spicy to every other osmows location, I get a normal spicy shawarma which I can eat, not a wrap of actual fire which would kill a person.No, don't go to this place , they are just absolutely terrible, I have had shawarma from Oshawa, Toron...

I went to Osmow’s last week Sunday for their anniversary deal (I’m late writing this review). We first went to the location Oshawa, the line up and parking lot were packed. We drive to Bowmanville and the line moved quickly. The gentlemen working at the counter were friendly and helpful. I didn’t realize we had to pay extra for more toppings since it was a special deal that day. I went back to the counter and asked to add food. The guy cracked a joke and still helped me add additional items to my meal which was appreciated. It was a bit messy looking behind the counter but what do you expect there was a constant flow of customers and an abundance of food being prepped and served.

I was really disappointed with the food at this restaurant. The lettuce was shredded, which seemed like an attempt to mask its lack of quality and freshness. If you look closely, you'll notice small brown, slimy bits throughout. The beef was tough and of poor quality—definitely not fresh. Overall, it was a very disappointing customer experience, and I won't be returning. They have the opportunity to serve good food with each order, but it’s clear they don’t seem to care. For the price you pay, I expect a product of decent quality.

For those looking for vegetarian options, they offer Beyond Meat shawarma and falafel as meat substitutes, both of which are excellent. Parking can be a bit tricky, as there is a small lot shared with residential tenants. Space may be limited, and maneuvering can be challenging for some. Réservez une table maintenant

Today I came in got a wrap and chicken on the rocks for my lunch tomorrow. Wrap was good. But some how I got someone’s half eaten chicken on the rocks. Not impressed I went out of my way to go there. Needless to say I sadly won’t ever return to this location.

I was skeptical when I didn’t see a beef shawarma skewer up, yet the guy said they have beef, he took out frozen beef and did it on a pan, the beef is terrible its chewy and taste old and bad, this is my 3rd bad experience at this location never seem to

The food here used to be much better. While it's still decent, the quality has declined. The dinner containers are now smaller and come in two compartments, which means you're getting less food for the higher price.

They are so damn stingy. I ordered chicken on the rock and chicken was so less. It was more of just rocks(rice) chicken was Réservez une table maintenant

Loved it. Fast, friendly service and great food. The restaurant was very clean and I will be back.
