Outback Steakhouse

We thought the 16.99 deal would be super good. We ordered for pick up. I checked in on tbe link provided, however it didn't seem to work as I waited 15 minutes before calling and they didn't even know I was there. I got the 8 grilled shrimp option and only received 6 shrimp. Which were laying on a burnt soggy piece of bread? I don't even know if that's what it was. My piece of cheese cake wasn't even a full piece. Wish I would have opened tbe bag and boxes while I was there as I would have asked for it to be remade. Just disappointed with our experience. Holy $h!t. Spent 150$ for me wife and two older kids. I honestly can 't even say the food was good. Been 10 years since I 've been there. Steak Alfredo pasta was DRY. Fatty steak chunks. There was SO much seasoning on wife 's chicken she couldn 't eat it. The rice side of daughters dish tasted like it can out of a paint can. Sons burger wasn 't made as ordered. I got a premium side of chill for 6$. It was literally 4 spoonfuls of chill. Brought out wrong desert twice. Was REALLY disappointed in quality of the food especially for the price. WON 'T BE GOING BACK.

This place can be hit or miss with service. My husband and I just went the other day and the server, who oddly enough was tasked with training an older blonde haired woman; was horrible at her job. She had no personality, was not friendly, made no menu suggestions... Otherwise, food came out as ordered. Temperature was good. Bathroom cleanliness is good. Restaurant cleaning is passable. As with many, I often find food on benches. Found French fry with ketchup that was obviously visible but everyone walked by in main pathway leading to the restrooms.

Had a good meal, the blooming onions are seasoned to perfection! Ribeye was delicious, seemed extra dry tho. Still 5 stars for all the good service and it was a good Réservez une table maintenant

Had to send back steak twice to get it cooked the way I wanted it and the service was very slow and didn't get our order turned in right. Would not go there again.

Waitstaff was training a new gentleman ,he was amazing by the way .Service was excellent and food is right on point .I love outback!?
