Outback Steakhouse City of Industry

Service absolument horrible! Ils n'offrent pas de sièges de patio à moins qu'ils ne puissent convaincre un serveur d'attendre sur les tables du patio! Trois personnes à la station hôte ne pouvaient pas collectivement comprendre comment organiser notre groupe sur le patio, même s'il y avait déjà d'autres personnes en train de dîner sur le patio. Il y avait aussi de nombreuses tables vides à l'intérieur. Ils sont tellement soucieux de rendre leurs serveurs heureux qu'ils ne se soucient pas du tout de plaire à leurs clients. Heureusement, nous avons trouvé un autre steakhouse au chino ... Le steak house Tahoe était fantastique. Merci, Outback, d'avoir été si terrible que vous nous avez obligés...

Absolutely horrible service! They do not offer patio seating unless they can convince a server to wait on tables on the patio ! Three people at the host station couldn 't collectively figure out how to seat our party of 4 on the patio even though there were other people already dining on the patio. There were many empty tables inside, as well. They are so concerned with making their servers happy that they don 't care at all about pleasing their customers. Fortunately, we found another steakhouse in chino... Tahoe steak house was fantastic. Thank you, Outback, for being so terrible that you forced us to find a better place that values their customers.
