Outback Steakhouse Livonia

Very moody atmosphere (low lighting) with a welcoming host who said the wait time was about 5-10 minutes. Our waitress was nice and, she was very attentive. She check on us in a timely manner. Are appetizers came with our dinner because they had forgot to thaw chicken wings. Which my husband said, how was it a Friday night and you forget to thaw chicken wings? All of the food was good; except for his steak he wanted it well done and it was pink half way through him eating it.. So we had to send it back to get the other have cook correct.

This restaurant is a disappointing substitute for a true steakhouse. The steak was overcooked and tough, the Caesar salad had wilted lettuce, but the bread was tasty. Despite waiting an extra hour for my steak, no one offered to compensate or provide a complimentary dessert. The waitress tried to make things right, but overall, the lack of care from the establishment is concerning. I will not be returning and will caution others to steer clear as well.

If you enjoy meat cooked on a grill until it's no longer hot, this is the place for you. The server brought me a piece of shoe leather and said it was as rare as possible. Both of my children's burgers were burnt to a crisp, and the bloomin' onion tasted like it was cooked in old oil. I don't think I'll be returning to this place anytime soon.

The bloomin wobbles, soup, salad, steak, and potatoes were fantastic. However, the service could use some improvement as it was not pleasant to get the waiter's attention for a refill or the bill. Additionally, the overgrown weeds in the landscaping were quite shocking.

Nice service clean prices were good and I got takeout ice cream with topping because it was My birthday
