Outback Steakhouse Smithfield

After a very disappointing trip to the Rocky Mount location, we ended up in Smithfield (which is our preferred location anyway . We were seated quickly and Zyanna was our server. We loved her right away! Very bubbly and attentive, she made us feel like old friends. We later found out she was fairly new which made us appreciate her even more. Our drinks from the bar were delicious (I recommend the Boom’rita! everything was tasty! My husbands “very rare” steak was perfectly cooked! Zy mentioned our Rocky Mount experience to her supervisor and the manager came over to talk with us. Smithfield Outback is still our favorite pick to eat out. I don't remember the last time I ate in an outback steakhouse, but I'm going to come back 100%. I ordered a ribeye with coconut yarns and they came out perfectly. The shrimps were crispy outside and melted in the mouth. I was particularly impressed by Steak. In Texas and I like my steak rarely, or as we still say mooing . Most steak houses, even raised, will always make my steak medium rare. The steak here was a perfect blue rare and was absolutely delicious. Also the baked potato and Mac and cheese were not disappointed.

This is by far the best Outback my husband and I have been to in a long time. The food was great. We had the best experience. Our waitress, she goes by O was beyond amazing. My husband commented during the meal how we haven 't gotten service that great in a really long time. I don 't know how they train their staff, but other restaurants need to learn from this Outback. They are making all the other restaurants look bad. I wish I could give them more stars!

Crab legs were good, little over cooked. My sweet potato was in the same container as my crab legs and the juice from the crab legs ruined my sweet potato.

Great food and drinks. Ribs and Steak were there. Our waiter Ryan was great. Cool guy.
