I had such a great experience at Oxido, the new New Mexican restaurant! The drinks were amazing, and the guacamole with chips was super fresh and flavorful. I also really appreciate that they said everything is organic and freshly made—you can taste the quality. The chicken enchilada was good, and then the meal ended on a high note with the brown butter cake topped with vanilla ice cream—absolutely out of this world.
