Best beef noodle soup that is sanitary! I say this because there are some very yummy shops in SGV for beef noodle soup but your stomach would not appreciate them. Really generous with the meat and tendons. The broth is amazing and tastes super authentic. There can be a wait if you come around noon on weekends where they get the lunch rush. I would come here right after they open to dodge the wait. I overheard roughly 30 minutes wait when I was leaving so not sure how bad it could get. They also accept Apple Pay, credit cards, debit cards, and obviously cash. I genuinely love this place!! They also have 椰果奶茶(coconut milk tea?? that tastes reminiscent of 五十嵐in Taiwan (50 lan/Wushiland,...
Glad to discover another nice Taiwanese restaurant around LA. Very hospital staff. The beef noodle soup is certainly their specialty unique thick al dente noodles, very tender tendons (chunks of beef not so much), interesting broth with herbal accents. Impressed by their shrimp pork dumplings the pork portion was probably fulfilled by the filing of XLB on the menu, which made the dumplings very pleasantly juicy; just wished the wrapper were thinner. In all, don’t expect anything extraordinary, but great value and certainly above peers.
A delicious, more authentic, alternative to the usual Chinese food. Every thing we tried is amazing from the popcorn chicken that has a delicious hint of cumin, to the soup dumplings and the beef roll, the wait for dinner time came before quite long but it’s worth every minute you wait. Dinner for four was around sixty five dollars so, very affordable.
I have tasted the braised beef noodles here. The beef and tendons are generous and the taste is very good. It does not taste like MSG, and the xiaolongbao is not bad. Unfortunately, the frozen milk tea has no tea flavor, which is as fragrant as the Hong Kong-style milk tea. Quite a distance.
