For those simply looking for drinks, the well-stocked bar featured televisions, and that night they were showing the ALCS, where the Yankees triumphed over the Guardians 8-6. When we were seated, we received several menus, including an extensive whisky menu, which is one of my personal favorites. A highlight of the evening was our waiter, Seth, who was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also had a wonderful personality. When the owner, Kevin, came by to check on us, he referred to Seth as “dinner AND a show.” We thoroughly enjoyed the performance—great job, Seth! WOW! We were in the area visiting from out of town and didn't have much expectation. We loved the fantastic fresh farm to table food combined with the finest collection of whiskeys from around the globe. It totally makes this my new favorite restaurant! The daily soup was a delicious fresh pea soup. It was creamy and delicious- not boring. The steaks just awesome and served perfectly. There are multiple options for non beef consumers. Everything is delicious and original. I love this restaurant and can't wait to come back!

Went with friends and had a lovely experience. The service was impeccable friendly, helpful, frequent check ins but no hovering. The wine list is great , but the food is the star. We shared lumpia, sourdough boule, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, scalloped potatoes and mushroom sides. Every single thing was so delicious, well seasoned and a great accompaniment to our tender steaks. Highly recommend.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. However, the entrees arrived while we were still enjoying our salads, which made us feel rather rushed. We talked about waiting to order our entrees next time, but the staff should have been more attentive and timed the delivery of the dishes better. Réservez une table maintenant

Incredible food, from the appetizers through dessert. Innovative choices. Great service, very friendly and very knowledgeable, informative. Great, lovely atmosphere, comfortable, chic, wonderful lighting. Recommend it to anybody. The owner is always there making everybody feel welcome and special.

One of 4 entrees came out overdone and was quickly replaced along with being comped a quick appetizer while our one entree was re-fired. Replacement was spot on. Everything else from cocktails to dessert was excellent.

I had another wonderful dinner at PSP! Everything was outstanding, particularly our server, TJ! We will definitely return, and we're eager to try their brunch, too!

The ambiance is similar to that of a McDonald's, yet the prices are higher than those at Ruth's Chris. Therefore, it wasn't the best choice for us. Réservez une table maintenant

I eat a lot of steak at the best steakhouses in SoCal. The wagyu here is the best I've EVER had. Period.

Great service and the meal was outstanding. My wife had the Sea Bass and I had a Wagu filet. Excellent.
