The garlic bread station is really fun. My kids love making their own garlic bread there.Before starting with the food, I need to stress how great the service is there. I was out of my element somewhat as I don't speak too much French. However, Annie my waitress was very patient and helped me with my order. These are a nice place to eat and the menu is quite extensive. Also included was a bread bar with various rolls and breads as part of the meal. For this evening and being at an authentic Italian restaurant, I went for the portabella mushroom pizza. It included onion and mild Italian sausage. Along with a great glass of merlo, it hit the spot.Atmosphere was nice and service was great!
We saw this chain restaurant all over Canada on our recent vacation. We finally decided to try it out. My kids loved their pasta, but, the pizza that my husband and I shared was similar to a frozen pizza. Service was great and our server spoke English. The pizza wasn't worth what they charge. We won't be going back to this restaurant.
Serves mostly Italian cuisine which is very good. They have an area where you can make your own toast with a large variety of butters. My grandchildren love the place just because of the toast alone. Reservations can be made and the last time I was there we reserved for 70 people for lunch and were served in very good time.

While the food was acceptable, the service was lacking at this restaurant. The bread bar, with its variety of spreads, was a highlight, as was the risotto. However, the other dishes we sampled were only average. Considering the high prices at this hotel, it did not feel like good value for money.
We have been in serveral other Pacini, but I have to give this one a lower rate. The pasta was over cooked and our server was not on her game. She was not the most gracious person in the restaurant business.
I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Audrey. She was dynamic and incredibly thoughtful, enhancing our overall dining experience.
We were looking for good Italian food and found it at PaciniIt's nothing high end or gourmet just good, basic North American Italian fare.

Pacini was conveniently located right next to the hotel my friends and I were staying atHowever, the food was forgettable.
Two stars because food was good on Saturday
We decided to go back on Sunday.
