Don't waste your time with this business, horrible customer service! I purchased a buffet out of their Etsy store, and regardless of how many times I messaged them about a delivery, I received no response. When the item arrived by UPS, I was not home, and it was left with a paralyzed and (obvious) cognitive brain-injured person. I had no idea when it was shipped or coming since the shop does not respond. He Signed for it, and the driver left the box Crate in my garage. When I arrived home and had someone help me unpack it, there was a hole in the buffet's back, and one leg was broken. I immediately contacted the seller, who, of course, did not respond. I opened an Etsy case that allowed me to be refunded for buffet and shipping. Finally, the seller responded and said he would contact me with details on when the item would be picked up. I waited and when I heard nothing I contacted the store again. At that time, the store said to discard the buffet. I paid to have the item shipped to my home because I didn't have the means to transport it; therefore, discarding this item is impossible. I called the shop and was told I should have opened the package while the UPS driver was there so if there was damage, he could take it back. It took nearly 20 minutes to unpack this freight delivery. NO UPS driver will wait for you to unpack an item that long. Now I have to hire someone to come to my home and pay disposal fees to the dump since it's not useable and couldn't even donate. Save yourself the heartache and purchase elsewhere as the customer service is horrible! Just look at their reviews.
