I made a reservation for me and my friend for 4:30pm on a busy Sunday. When we got in, the table they picked for us was in a crowded part of the room, which wasn’t going to work as my friend uses a wheelchair and wouldn’t be able to get to the table. Within 5 minutes of arriving, the staff(unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the lady that helped us) got us a table in an accessible area and we were seated. There is basically no verification of which item belongs to who. They just let anyone walk in there take whatever item they want. So you can go spend your afternoon painting your custom item pay for your custom item and go back to pick it up to find it stolen. The store doesn't care. If you value your time money, definitely do not go here. 100% do not recommend.Reading the other reviews, I can see we aren't the only one with this problem. You'd think they would get a better system in place to make sure you get the item back that you created and paid for.
This restaurant offers a fantastic family-friendly atmosphere with a wide variety of items, paint colors, and stencils to choose from. While it may seem a bit expensive at first, the personalized, customized creations serve as lasting keepsakes, making it a great value. Additionally, the menu features an excellent selection of food and drinks. The staff is cheerful and accommodating, and the studio is bright and inviting with plenty of natural light streaming in through large windows.

Some people might grumble about the prices without considering the costs of paints, the space, and the materials needed for the art. In my opinion, the experience is fairly priced, though I'd love to see an option to donate for those who can't afford it.
After spending almost $100 on items and not being advised that they toss them after 30 days, we finally got around to picking out items up, only to be advised that they were thrown out. Awesome. What a waste of money.
This place is a lot of fun and has a really charming interior. It has a sophisticated vibe, making it feel quite upscale, but since we don’t dine out like this every day, I suppose it’s worth it.
Such a fun and affordable afternoon with friends. We love this place and go often. I need to go back soon to make a dog bowl for my other dog so he doesn't get jealous, lol!
