I was disappointed with the experience I had at this restaurant on Sunday, November 26, 2023, around 11:45 a.m. The cashier’s attitude was not welcoming at all. When I approached to place my order, she stood there without saying a word, which felt really unprofessional. Regardless of her personal circumstances, as customers, we expect a basic level of service, such as a friendly “hello” or an invitation to place our order. If staff members can't manage that, it raises concerns about the establishment's future. I ordered a large two-topping pizza and a salad for pickup. When my wife and I started eating, she found two strands of hair in the salad and one in the pizza. I called to inform the store manager, but instead of addressing the issue, he argued that it was impossible for hair to be in the food. I made it clear I wasn’t asking for a replacement or refund, just letting him know about the situation. Despite this, the manager kept insisting I send photo proof. Paisano’s really needs to train their managers on how to handle customer concerns professionally and build rapport instead of arguing. This experience has made us decide not to return.
Since finding this hidden treasure, I’ve been dining at one of Paisano’s Pizza locations every week and even joined their loyalty program. As an Italian, I’m quite particular about my pizza, and Paisano’s serves the best I’ve had in a long time! The staff are friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. I highly recommend this restaurant! Don’t pay attention to negative reviews—everyone makes mistakes. One experience doesn’t define a place, and you never know what others might be facing. Be kind.
FAMILY FRIENDLY!!! Patrick and his team were truly amazing! It's been a long time since I've experienced such incredible hospitality. The place was very clean and organized, and the staff was welcoming, patient, efficient, and incredibly generous. Plus, there was a fantastic deal on pizza that was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place!

Ordered pizza delivery for an event in our office today. Spoke with manager, Patrick, over the phone. Extremely professional, accommodating and prompt service! Pizzas were very good (pepperoni, veggie and cheese). They provided plates, condiments, napkins and sodas. Very efficient and highly recommend ?
I used to visit this place frequently when I worked in McLean, so I decided to stop by this week to grab a steak and cheese sub. Unfortunately, the sandwich was disappointing; the meat quality was subpar, and there wasn't much of it. Overall, it just didn't taste good.
Somewhat decent pizza for NoVa but the sauce has an odd, smoky aftertaste; the mozzarella doesn't taste too quality and the dough was saturated with oil. Mozzarella sticks tasted like a freezer.
Great little place. I love their calzones. It is a lot of food at a fair price. I always get good customer service here too. I will at least once come any time I am in the area for work.

The service at Paisano's Pizza is outstanding! The staff are friendly and lively, and the tables look beautiful. Definitely a 5 out of 5!
Most bland pizza I’ve had, they use very cheap ingredients and the marinara comes with a side of food
