I love this restaurant! It has become a special place for me and my mother. Every time we go, we are greeted warmly and taken care of with genuine kindness. The owners show a strong dedication to their staff and customers, which is heartwarming. Our visits are made even more enjoyable thanks to the amazing waitress, Jen. She always has a smile on her face and provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. Jen is a true gem! I ordered a medium rare steak Neptune but received an overcooked minute steak. The potatoes were dry and tasted like instant potatoes. When I asked for butter for the potatoes, I received a dish of melted butter that had been separated in the microwave. The dish was supposed to have seafood but only had one shrimp. When I spoke to the waitress about the issues, she was disinterested and dismissive. My wife's pasta dish with seafood, for which she paid an extra $8 for more seafood, only had 5 shrimp. We were so surprised how good the vegan options were and how big of a selection the vegan menu offers. Food was killer, service was amazing, and we loved the vibe.Will be coming back for sure!They gave free houseade focaccia and oil/vinegar to start, tasted awesome!EDIT: we've just eaten here a second time and it delivered just as highly as our first time. Fantastic personal service. Some of the best Italian food I’ve had in years. It’s like having dinner with a family. All in house homemadeEvery dish I’ve had has blown me away with flavour. Just went again and wanted to get a smaller meal so I orders the appetizer calzone. OMG First it’s huge. Send the Italian sausage was amazing. Excellent friendly service at Paliottis Westside! Huge portions. Small restaurant. Sangria was delicious and we loved the calamari. The food came out quickly. Unfortunately, the pasta we ordered (spaghettini carbonara and chicken fettuccine alfredo wasn’t our favourite but I would return to try a different dish :
I visited this restaurant for the first time and was happy to see that they offer a full vegan menu. There were so many options to choose from! I decided to try the spaghettini carbonara, which was delicious. The vegan Caesar salad was also fantastic. I am looking forward to returning in the future!
