Falafel und Hummus waren sehr lecker. Das nächste Mal werde ich mehr Vorspeisen bestellen. Hähnchenspieß ist auch top. Lammspieß war leider zeh und Lammhackfleischspieß war nicht so meins. Marokkanischer Minztee für 2 Personen kostet 7€ und man erwartet hier frischen Minztee mit Zironen, wird aber sehr enttäuscht mit einem Beuteltee ohne frisches Upgrade. Das war wirklich enttäuschend. Finde generell das Preisleistungsverhätnis nicht so gut. Die gegrillte Tomate war eunfah kalt, was ich bei 5 Belegten Tischen wirklich nicht verstehen kann. Saturday night and we were lucky to secure a table within 5 minutes without booking the place was full! We started with the Baba gannouj and rice rolled in vine leaves, both were super tasty. They had plenty of vegan mains options I...took the mujaddara rice with lentils, fried onions and spices. When it arrived it was such a big bowl a huge salad on the side! That I was afraid I couldn't even get through half of it, but it turned out to be the most flavourful, comfortable, fluffy bowl of rice ever and I couldn't stop eating it. Perfect meal with the best companions on a rainy day :
This place was a book in Heidelberg during my time. Very consistent good tasting food. The Shish Tavuk, lamb Kebbas, lamb shoulders were all fantastic and the proportions were reasonable. Mostly food was delivered and the service was generally very fast. A jewel in Heidelberg.
Ordered the many dips (hummus, baba ghanoush, muhammara, etc.), the grilled Sirloin and the chicken-shawarma wrap. Portions are generous and everything is super tasty. The staff was very friendly! Will definitely be back for other items on the menu, namely the catayef!

It it an excellent Restaurant it has a the best food I have ever put in my mouth I suggest everybody to visit it and try out it's excellent Arabic food
