This is a nice little breakfast spot on Franklin Avenue. I enjoy bringing the kids here on weekends, as it's very family-friendly. The breakfast offerings are standard. If I were to come here without the kids, I would likely give it a rating of 3.

"Place is pretty good. You should definitely do something with the grease trap, that's behind the counter. When you walk in, all you can smell is a dirty locker room/ dirty dish water. Not food. It's kinda gross!!"
