Pancheros Mexican Grill

I work nearby this location, and it is easily the best Pancheros in the Des Moines area. Always have plenty of staff behind the counter during lunch time to ensure incredibly quick service for both dine in and take out customers. The food is always hot and fresh and the portions are generous. I'm a regular here which makes it even better because one of the ladies behind the counter is familiar with me and my order and always has everything ready for me right as I walk in the door. I whole heartedly agree with the other person saying this staff should be getting paid a higher wage than the staff at other locations. Easily one of my favorite lunch spots

I had a delightful lunch experience at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5. Every dish was delicious and well-prepared. The service was equally impressive, also a perfect 5, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. Lastly, the atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable, deserving another 5. Overall, this spot is definitely worth a visit, especially for the affordable price range of $10 to $20 per person.

Extremely fast service and pretty decent vegan options at a good price. The salads may not look especially appetizing but they’re delicious and very filling. Every time I order something for pick up it’s ready in about 5 minutes.

Got the steak burrito bowl. Steak looked and tasted bland, seems like they didnt even season it before it was seemingly boiled. Would avoid the steak.

Didn't eat here. No problems with Pancheros. I DIDN'T VISIT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. I ATE AT ANOTHER RESTAURANT . Mandarin Noodles. Réservez une table maintenant

Wasn't impressed, their measurement of food is away off and not consistent. I find Chipotle is better.
