**More detail:** I was about to order a salad (with chicken), but the unfriendly saleswoman just stared at me without saying a word. I asked, “Is the salad a taco salad?” (The signage didn’t specify.) She simply responded, “Salad!” I clarified, “No, just to be sure: is this mixed salad a taco salad?” Her answer was again, “Salad?” I tried one last time: “Is this a taco salad or a plain/mixed salad?” She just stared blankly at me, then grabbed a plastic bowl, shouted “Salad!” and started scooping salad into it. Clearly, it wasn’t a taco salad. I said, “Stop!” and walked out.

Cashier stuck his finger with no gloves into my queso cup to grab it before filling it and tried to serve it to me. He fixed it and put gloves on when I asked but still. It’s gross. He just handled someone’s credit card right before me. Not ordering “pick up” any time soon because who knows what they’ll do behind your back. Other than that never any problems with the food. Look forward to it once a week at least and always friendly faces behind the counter. First time in 8 visits I’ve had an issue but it bothered me that it did not seem like an issue immediately with the employee. So again, mobile pickup be cautious.
The staff was very rude. The women preparing my burrito made me feel like a burden. They spent the entire time speaking to each other in Spanish. After I paid, one of them just handed me the receipt and walked away without saying a word.
No chips at 1 in the afternoon. I don't eat rice which is 50 of the meal. I ordered guacamole and it literally was a 1/2 teaspoon full and they charges me over 2.00. I will never go back. Total scam

Service is poor, you stand there while they speak to each other in a Spanish ignoring the customer. It has happened multiple times.
First time eating pancheros and what an experience. Cannot stop talking about how incredible this burrito was
Food is great, prices are reasonable, and they were open on a Sunday night which was great!
My family eats here all the time. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly.
