I went here with family and friends based on trip advisor reviews and it was TERRIBLE!!!! Bad enough that I feel compelled to leave a review just to save someone else the misery. It takes a really bad experience for me to post a bad review. We forgave the wrong drink order and the forgotten appetizer. We even forgave the forgotten meal and wrong side items and the way over cooked steaks. But my carne asada tasted disgusting, I drowned it in sauce to hide the taste. My husband gagged on his burrito and he smell of it turned most of us off wanting to eat. The second attempt on our friends steak was cooked right, but the meat was completely rotten. It literally tasted like dog food. We scraped our mouths out and grabbed our friends very late, ice cold nachos to try and get the taste out. They were kind and apologized but still tried charging us for it. We payed for the extra chips we didn't order and the drinks we didn't want, but refused to pay for the steak. The only good thing I can say is the staff was friendly
Every part of our order was messed up, from drinks to main course. California Burrito was nothing more than crock-pot beef and brown gravy in a soggy tortilla. Ordered med-rare steak, arrive extreemely well done- tasteless. The other steak was sent back it was so bad. The new steak was expired- smelled putrid and immediately spat outt he first bite; literally begining to rot. Kids nachos came out after everyone else finished, and even that order was wrong (how can you mess up a kids menu item?!) Staff was appologetic but overall incompetent. Biill was messed up, took 10 minutes to resolve. One peek into the kitchen on the way out, and the cooks were clearly not the A-team. Disheveled and confused.
Having previously enjoyed several meals here, we decided that this would be a great place to take visiting family, including children. When we arrived, inside was empty but a number of tables outside were full. We were seated straight away but had to help ourselves...More
