One of them was standing around instead. If this reflects on management, I would rate it a one-star. Kevin expertly led the kitchen, ensuring everything ran smoothly at full speed, while Cody effectively managed the entire line and handled phone orders. The restaurant has a charmingly understated vibe, similar to many late-night spots. The staff puts in a lot of effort, and their head chef is exceptional at multitasking. They are very accommodating and take great care to avoid cross-contamination, which is important to us because we have a family member with a food allergy.
