During the dinner rush, the restaurant was bustling, and there seemed to be a shortage of employees. It wouldn’t have felt so hectic if the other two staff members had helped out. One of them was standing around instead. If this reflects on management, I would rate it a one-star.
Kevin expertly led the kitchen, ensuring everything ran smoothly at full speed, while Cody effectively managed the entire line and handled phone orders. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the manager, but toward the end of my visit, he appeared too preoccupied with a personal conversation to notice the line of eight waiting customers.
