Every time i came I order the bigger plate, last time I promised to not come to this location, however, it's the closest location to me. I just order and this time they did the same thing I was afraid of which putting the vegetables more than the meat and not being generous with the rice and noodles like they used to be. I ordered black pepper onions, not a black paper chicken. The lady was trying trying to explain to me that this is the way how they make it!! Wrong I have been coming to this location for 3 years every 3 months they add more vegetables to the meat and that's a bad strategy. I want to eat a chicken, not an onion. I don?t have any problems with other locations but this locatio...

I tried to go through the drive during the open working hours, and the lady on the Intercom commissioned me to get inside by system failures. That's okay, no problem, I'm trying to get in, and the doors are locked. This is about 30 minutes after opening hours, and the workers just looked at me and continued to prep. Hospitality at this point is not acceptable, and if they have not yet been opened or later because of what reason, then they should tell me that they have told me on the drive through the window, or at least come to the door after they have told me that they are coming and telling me that they are not exactly serving. Honestly, very disappointed because I usually love Panda Expre...

I received my order without meat, the staff ignored my calls after I had expressed my question and told me to call Usman the manager. Usman said it wasn't her problem because it's her day off. I just wanted my order to travel, or a credit, or a refund. I'm angry that they think it's okay to ignore a customer. I'll never order them again and I won't encourage you. Update: The manager never called me, so I had to call my bank to get a credit update: vivi called me back and hanged on me. Wait for a real manager to call me.

To the cashier or the manager or whoever worked the cashier tonight. I hope management focuses more on food preparation rather than ending personal conversations while a customer is waiting for them. The Chow mean and the orange chicken was very burned today. So burned that after a few bites, it went to garbage. Please focus more on the reasons why you are all paid there. PROJECTS OF FOOD AND SERVICES!!!
