I have been a regular customer at this location for a long time, but after my experience tonight, I won’t be returning. I arrived around 8:10 and there were a few people in front of me. The man right in front of me ordered around 9-10 plates, taking almost all the popular items, which caused a delay as the line behind me grew quite long. When it was finally my turn to order, I was unfortunately met with terrible customer service from Xica. I’m not sure if she was frustrated by the long wait or the crowd behind me, but her attitude was unacceptable. Additionally, I wanted specific items that couldn’t be made because they closed at 9, and she informed me that I had to choose from what was left...

We gave 3 tries but the store at pleasant Hill is way better. The noodles are dry,. And most are over cooked. They even getting online orders wrong. We went there three times because it is just so closed to where I live, hopefully this willchange their food quality. See picture,. Did they manage to burn the cabbage but is under cooked. Update:. After a year, mybrother got take out from this location and huge improvement on food! See update picture. But still messed up my order missing an item . . update to 3 star.

I found a hair in my food, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time that's happened. Panda Express really needs to improve its food safety standards. This is very unsanitary and quite off-putting. If I could rate it lower than one star, I definitely would.

I received two large servings of kale that completely overshadowed the small portions of meat, which was tough. I even paid an extra $1.25 for this! That's it; I’ll take my business elsewhere. If you're just focused on maximizing profits, that's fine by me! Réservez une table maintenant
