Panda Express - Réservation de table

I ordered a online pickup order and went to pick it up inside like the website told me, but there was a sign that said the lobby was closed. The drive thru line was out of the parking lot. If I hadn?t already paid then I would?ve just went elsewhere. They should disclose that if you order for pickup then you still have to wait in the line which is frustrating. I tried to call the location to see if I could just come inside to grab the food, but employees just stared at me outside the window and didn?t answer the phone. I understand restaurants are short staffed however there should be clear instructions so people do not waste their time. Also my pickup order was not even ready once I made it...

If I were to give it less stars. Could come to pick up my online order, so I had to do on the drive through the not moving cars u til their order is done. When I came into the window and picked up my food, the lady gave me a chance about short staff like my fault. My food was cold when we came home. I had to reheat it.

Expectations: long lines (30 min) at peak eating times, no sign when running out of food within hour of closing. Workers are trying their best but management seems to suck. Teriyaki chicken was more like bourbon chicken. Much better than the breading with some chicken for all the other stuff.

This is supposed to be double meat. I have never in my life received such a small portion. I asked for fried rice and got white rice. And the meat is mostly pineapple. I tried to call and complain and no answer. I will NEVER go back to this location Réservez une table maintenant

Panda is always a reliable choice for a great dining experience. Unfortunately, the rice and noodles at this particular location were the worst I have ever tasted, which is unusual for this chain.

Orange chicken was burnt and cold, taste like I received the leftovers from sitting all day. The meals were not full. Seems like when you order on doordash you dont get the same quality

dont like that i cant ask for extra sauce or ask for anything special, however the food was fresh and hot when i received it

Everyone loves Panda Express. If you are looking for an Asian cuisine, try it definitely if you don't!! Réservez une table maintenant

I did not particularly enjoy the Chili Shrimp, but everything else at the restaurant was fantastic!
