We arrived at the restaurant and were promptly served. The experience was just okay. The staff seemed unfriendly and didn't smile at all, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I also noticed that they only provided one fork and one napkin, and I was hoping for chopsticks instead. Afterward, my friend and I went to Target, and when we returned, our table was still messy and hadn’t been cleaned, so we had to tidy it up ourselves. On a positive note, we played a card game and thankfully, we weren't kicked out despite the noise we made!
I ordered delivery through their website just before 5 PM, and the estimated arrival time was 45-55 minutes. However, our food didn’t arrive until nearly two hours later. Additionally, I wish they would keep their online menu more current, as I found that some items listed were no longer available. This caused a hassle during checkout because they required changes to my order.
The restaurant has sufficient staff and the food is quite good, but the service is quite slow. They prioritize handling call-in orders before attending to customers who are physically present. It would be better if they designated one person to take care of phone orders and another to assist the customers who are waiting in front of them.
worst experience at a Panda Express ever. workers were walking around clueless and messed our order up 3 times before the end. place was disgusting floor were sticky tables were dirty. the staff had zero common sense between them. and the cashier dident even know how to use the register. place needs to be audited.

Ordering the delivery from their website. Place the order a little before 17:00, and we received an ETA of 45-55mins. Our food came here only two hours after our order. Also, I wish they would update their menu online instead of listed dishes, but as you check, they will update your order coz they no longer offer.
I'm not sure why DoorDash doesn't give the option to choose between chow mein or rice, but when I reached out to the restaurant directly, the manager addressed the issue and ensured I got all my food. She was very polite! The food here is always excellent.
The food is excellent. I appreciate that the staff keeps conversations to a minimum, as I prefer that too. However, a smile would be nice instead of an unfriendly demeanor. I really enjoy the rice and orange chicken here!
This is probably the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. They got my order wrong, the rice was hard, and the honey walnut shrimp was burnt. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
