I went to have lunch and when I finished, I realized I needed a lid for my soda. The lids were stored under plastic covers and I couldn't find them. After asking, a girl came from behind the counter, took a lid, spun it around in her hand and placed it on my soda. I spoke to Manager Sam about the issue of employees handling food without gloves, and he assured me he would speak to his team about it. When I asked for my soda to be replaced, he directed me to contact the company office. I was very disappointed with the service and wish I could give them a rating of zero.
