Panda Express - Réserver une table

This place was one of my go to places for lunch working at the mall. There’s a really nice manager there that usually helps me. But After my recent experience I will never be returning here again. The other manager Nick, was incredibly rude to me during my visit. Not only did he try to argue with me over what I asked him for an entree (before he even prepared it) but when I insisted he misheard me he claimed that I was lying and then started being extremely disrespectful when i confronted him about how he chose to handle it. Even told me to leave or else he would call security because he didn’t care. He even had the audacity to find my place of work and complain about me to my manager since...

I love Panda Express so much! We didn't want to wait 2 hours for Cheesecake Factory when i was basically starving so we came to panda for a quick meal and you can't go wrong with panda. I ordered the plate with chow mien, orange chicken and chicken and cucumber. I devoured it since I was soooo hungry.

Mess up my orderOn Dec 5 6:40, order a big plate 3 entree , they out of teriyaki chicken, i accept for waiting. Then The cashier extra charge a small box of teriyaki chicken on side. No refund at all even I have not touch it and it is their fault. No solution for such a small problem :

The Manager, Miguel... was very rude. Not just to me as a paying customer but to my aunt whom was standing next to me. This is the worse treatment I have ever received at Panda Express. That is a very poor example for anyone on the team at this Panda location to follow.

Whoever owns this panda is stingy as hell. I know it's not the workers because they are very nice but your not even allowed refills for a simple drink? What big fast food chain even does this anymore? Never coming to this panda again. Food was

Tiny portions. It was almost all rice, only a few pieces of orange chicken, and the crispy shrimp was not crispy and too spicy. The teriyaki chicken has no teriyaki flavor at all? $14 wasted on a pitiful meal. I would never go here again.
