I love Panda Express — it used to be one of my favorite spots. This location however gets frazzled when they get too busy and it’s disappointing. It happens every time I go. They’re out of teriyaki chicken, the wait for the chicken is always long. The lo mein is too quickly made and too firm. The green beans in the string bean chicken are way too firm and almost never touch the grill, they don’t put sauces in the bag even when there are obvious items in the bag that mostly require sauce (the rangoon). If you’re out of teriyaki chicken, tell me at the speaker, not at the window and make me scramble to make a decision. If you have only three Rangoon left, tell me when I order at the box. When...
There was a girl named Carrie at the the drive thru window , she was VERY rude. She had a nasty attitude the whole time she was making my food, she slung it at me out the window. I said thank you and she didn’t even say a word, except rolling her eyes and slamming the window shut in my face. This isn’t my first encounter with her either. I walked in last week and she didn’t even acknowledge me. Not to mention she got my order wrong. 10/10 don’t recommend terrible employees. If I could give this, no stars I would because it deserves absolutely zero stars… Worst food ever and the worst employees ever
We will not be returning. We went in for dinner and had to wait in line. I understand they were busy, but when another customer came in with a wrong order—presumably from the drive-thru—the staff didn’t toss the food. Instead, after the customer had opened the package, the server just put all the food back into the serving bowls. This is concerning. What if the customer tampered with the food or dropped it? It's unacceptable to repurpose food that has already been served.
I really enjoy this Panda Express. The food is consistently fresh, so you may have to wait a little while, but it's definitely worth it. I took a group from work there, and everyone received their hot meals in around 10 minutes. They do an excellent job!

Great place! Very helpful service, positive atmosphere and always attentive to help out! Food quality was up to expectations and fresh! Highly recommend the Orange chicken, Fire Cracker shrimp and the sweet and fire chicken breast.
Drive-thru attendant was awesome ! They were out of something and offered a substitute for me.Kid-friendliness: More like a fast food atmosphere.
The food has always been spot on. Well sauced and fresh. And staff is helpful and friendly. They keep it very clean. Prices are reasonable.
