I should have read the reviews. I've been to several panda express in the southern California area for years. First time at this location and it was the worst! I literally only signed up for yelp just to review this location.I ordered bigger plate, comes with 3 entrees. I don't have a pic of everything but you can see very little sesame chicken and the pieces are really small. The beef and broccoli was just broccoli with 3 pieces of beef about the size of a nickel. Black pepper Angus steak, which we pay extra for, only had 4 small pieces of steak, and 2 slivers of mushrooms. This place is a complete mess. there was a manger in the kitchen that I don 't think can handle a rush. She was so rude, she offered me a drink for the more than 30 minute wait for 1 plate from my 8 plate order while my other 7 were getting cold. There was no organization. When she asked if I wanted a drink for the wait I said yes and pointed at the refreshers they had in the front and was quick to laugh rudely and said not these, yeah they are are like 4$, expensive while chuckling. That sentence alone would have been cut and it could have been said nicely that that were not a drink I was able to get even though my bill was more than 70$. Service here is slow waited 20 minutes to order food while the server was ignoring the backed up line in the store to do multiple online orders, then the meat i wanted was dry and looked like it had been sitting there all day not touched and they didn't want to make more, then to top that off heaven forbid you ask them for sauce. I asked for teriyaki sauce for my multiple orders of teriyaki chicken and the cashier reluctantly threw 2 small packets of sauce in my bag he couldnt even hand it to me even though i reached for it !
Wow! went in Ordered 9 plates, asked for sauce to go around, end up w 3 teriyaki and like 2 sweet sour. Smh opened up to eat......and skimpy meat. Wish they were looked at like the one near Rosemead Walmart smh, this is a low quality spot. Rather drive the extra miles for better service. Skimpy people act like it comes out their own pocket.
