Panda Express - Réservation de table

Went to the drive thru tonight for a three entree plate, was told to hold on a minute and i politely replied take your time , ...... that apparently was my first mistake. After about 3-4 minutes, girl asks what id like to order, as i proceed to tell her id like a three entree plate with all chowmein, her response was would you like chowmein or rice i repeated my order of chowmein, and then as i ordered two of the three items, i was told to hold on mid order. I have to say, I was taken aback by the negative buzz surrounding this Panda Express in Rialto. My wife and I decided to give it a try last Wednesday, and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Upon walking in, we found the restaurant to be moderately clean and inviting definitely not the chaotic atmosphere that some reviews suggested! The ambiance was actually quite decent; it had a relaxed vibe that made it perfect for enjoying dinner. What truly stood out was the service. Right from the get go, the staff greeted us warmly and attended to our needs promptly. The food was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious! When i come here, it's a near or complete miss. They almost always forget the soy sauce and forks at the drive-through. The food is sometimes undercooked, i mean the rice and one time the chicken, also sometimes these employees even have attitudes as you tell them this. My advice is dont go here in the first two hours of opening and the last 2-3 of closing because that's usual when this happens.

Came a couple weeks ago and one of the drive thru girls was very friendly and kind, it made me think all the bad reviews were wrong. I came again on 4/5 and ordered around 1:50pm to the drive thru. Was a bit of a wait but no communication from the other end. Then the girl working says “And what can I get you?” With no hello or acknowledging the wait. Réservez une table maintenant

Ordered broccoli beef, there was only 1 tiny piece of beef, all broccoli. Also Ordered the string bean chicken, again 2 little tiny pieces of chicken. The rest was onion and string bean. Will not go back again, especially for the price.

Always fresh an when it isn't I ask them if they can make it fresh an they always say sure an then yell for it to be made never have a problem when I come here

The food was delicious and freshly made. Very kind staff. Great location, didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised! Will be back here again soon!
