I visited Panda Express at 2:15 pm and chose to go inside instead of using the drive-thru. A man was cleaning the windows and floors, and the only staff member present recognized me. I waited at the counter for about 7 minutes while other customers were served, but no one acknowledged or offered assistance to me. Finally, a woman who was eating informed me that they only accept card payments at the counter, not cash. I appreciated her sharing this after my lengthy wait. I left feeling disappointed by the poor customer service.
I truly love this Panda Express, especially because it’s conveniently situated near my home in Philadelphia. The orange chicken is packed with flavor, the honey walnut shrimp is exceptional, and the teriyaki chicken is delicious too. The fried rice is always fresh. The staff are very friendly, especially Ej, who really elevates the experience. His positive attitude is a huge plus for the restaurant, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his professionalism and wonderful demeanor.
I was going to dine in with my date but I was told that I couldn't taste a certain meat before buying it. There are certain things that I eat and then he told me that if I brought it and didn't like it they wouldn't take it back. I asked to speak to amanager and he said that there was No one available. So I and my date left and went to TGIF where we really enjoyed our meal. Iwill never go there again. Thanks

As a result, if you order online and the indoor seating is unavailable, you’ll need to wait in the drive-thru to pick up your food. The staff is friendly and the food is consistently good. However, customers should keep this in mind when ordering to avoid unnecessary wait times in the drive-thru.

It was busy when I went,the guy Terrell was amazing he took my order,cooked the food and had me and about three other people out of there in a matter of minutes,I never had steak from Panda that good in all the yrs I been going,I will be going back long ashe is working he should cook everyday but I think he is the manager
Yesterday I bought the sesamhun and bark meat and brokkoli and it was terrible. Today I have food poisoning, I have vomiting, body pain and diarrhea since 5 o'clock this morning! I never felt so bad in my whole life. Please be careful to eat here.
Went at 7:45 pm on a Saturday and was told there was a very limited menu. They close at 9 pm. Only had 4 items on the menu and said they were closing soon and not cooking anything else. Wish I could work 1.5 hrs less at my job too.
Great Panda Express ! Panda Express is a fast food where you can choose one side (rice, noodles, vegetables, etc. And one, two or three meats (great choice . Here, the staff is very friendly and professional. I recommend !
