I was really annoyed! I ordered Teriyaki chicken and the server asked if I wanted the sauce on the side. I said yes, but it ended up being a mistake because it was not included.

The restaurant could consider informing its employees that if they need to place an order and wait for items to be completed, they should clearly communicate this to the staff.

They closed more than 15 minutes before their scheduled closing time and there were still people eating their meals. Why close when the sign says they are open until 10 pm?

The brown rice and fried rice were tough and undercooked. It seems they either didn't add enough water or didn't cook it for a sufficient amount of time. Réservez une table maintenant
