Getting into the meat of the issue, they purposely make the main dish as tiny as possible and the cheap side the main dish. A good example is asking for their new Peking pork and getting a single 1/8th spoon plop in the corner and 7/8ths fried rice as the side. Also for as expensive as their fountain drinks are 1.90 for a large) they charge .53 cents for the refill. For you math majors, the cup and the straw are less then 2 cents a pop so even if they gave you a free refill it would still make them profit. B...
This Panda Express is decent. The popular items like orange chicken gets made more fresh than the other stuff sitting around. I had the 'plate ' $9.50, which is two items with chow mein and/or fried rice. My friend got 1/2 chow mein and 1/2 fried rice as anoption. Their chow mein is favor-less and needed soy sauce and wok favor. I did enjoy the orange chicken and walnut shrimp. Thislocation is understaffed and wait times can be long during meal times.

It depends of how the mood of the lady serving the food is how your meal is going to be. If she is not having a good day you will end up with the half of the portion of everything and paying full price. I ordered food through DoorDash, but they didn't include a straw for my drink or a fork for my meal. Am I supposed to eat noodles with my fingers? This experience was frustrating, and I won’t be ordering from here again through DoorDash. It's pretty careless, in my opinion. I'm very dissatisfied.
It was terrible, I ordered noodles and chicken barbecue, they said no noodles should wait 5 minutes, they gave me an order after 10 minutes, but it was not my order, I was told to wait another 15 minutes for no chicken. Because of this eatery, I was left without lunch.

I ate there on 4/30 at 1:45pm. Unfortunately, they were serving cow liver but advertising as Shanghai Angus Steak, strange very strange. I guess its a good source of vitamin D, so I shouldn't be complaining,
The nearest Panda Express to SFO is a great choice for food delivery, especially considering the limited dining options at the airport. I'm always a satisfied customer!
