I’m sharing my thoughts based on several recent experiences. As someone with a disability, my food choices are somewhat limited, and I do enjoy Panera. However, I believe they need to either improve the quality of their sandwiches or lower their prices so that the value matches what customers are paying. It seems like portion sizes are shrinking while prices continue to rise. I understand that inflation is a factor, but it feels like businesses are exploiting consumers to cover their costs. I opted for the Pick 2 option, and I must say, it was incredibly tasty. I hadn't been to Panera in a long time, and their menu is so varied that you're bound to find something you love, no matter the combination. I'm a big fan of the broccoli cheddar soup, and it was fantastic alongside the chipotle avocado sandwich. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning soon!
I ordered the Southwest chicken ranch salad along with a refreshing lemonade at this restaurant. While it was decent, I was disappointed by the small amount of chicken included in the salad. On the positive side, the salad itself was fresh. However, I felt the prices were a bit steep given the portion size. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the staff was courteous and professional.
This was likely the worst experience I've had at Panera. What's the point of ordering ahead if they don't put your drink on the rapid pickup shelf? Shouldn't they have a designated register for that? Why not leave the drinks out like other Panera locations do? The food was good, though: 4/5.

I've taken another star off because I find their coffee has gotten progressively worse. I've never gotten coffee out of a newly filled urn and poured out a rush of coffee grounds. The manager explained it away as normal occurrence. That's just not acceptable to me. Had to get my money back.
Right next to my office, Panera Bread is a great morning treat. The staff was very friendly, and it was a quick and pleasant experience. The bakery items looked fantastic. I tried the new sausage breakfast sandwich and enjoyed it so much, I didn’t even have time to take a photo.
I returned to this restaurant for the first time in a few years and ordered a caramel latte along with a custom Mediterranean sandwich. Both were quite delicious and far superior to the other location on Staten Island.
Completely messed up my order after driving back to return overcooked max and cheese my Greek salad had no feta and came with smoked salad dressing. SO ANNOYING. Check your food before leaving
