I used the drive-thru, and the ordering process was okay, but there should be a menu available before reaching the microphone. The food arrived in under five minutes, though a long line formed behind us while we waited. The meal was mostly bread; my companion’s order had very little sauce, while mine had too much. Both lacked sufficient meat. I won’t be returning—it’s not worth the cost.
I might be one of the few people who had never ordered from a Panera Bread since they switched to using iPads for ordering! I was amazed at how easy it was to place my lunch order, and how quickly I was able to pick up my salad, latte, and delicious chocolate chip cookie. Everything I tried was not only tasty but also reasonably priced.
The service was excellent, featuring friendly staff and refreshing iced tea. The only reason I gave one star less is due to some confusion among the team about the tea options. When I asked about a mislabeled tea canister, a staff member kindly acknowledged the error but didn’t correct it, so I had to switch it myself.
We ordered a Panini, an asiago bagel, and a mac and cheese entrée, all of which arrived at the perfect temperature and were delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, and there was ample seating available, even during the busy lunch hour. Réservez une table maintenant
Panera Bread has a friendly and efficient staff. We placed our order through the app and enjoyed dining in. The restaurant is very spacious and clean, and the menu offers a great variety of options.
I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich, but it turned out to be mostly bread with very little filling. Given the price, I expected a well-stuffed sandwich. I was quite disappointed.
I have noticed TWICE employees using the restroom and exiting without washing their hands at all—not even rinsing with water. I decided to report this to the Health Department.
