The cleanliness at this Panera Bread leaves much to be desired. Despite visiting right at opening, the tops of the trash bins are sticky and unpleasant, with similar mess around and beneath the soda fountain. While the floors occasionally look decent, most of the time they appear quite grimy. The glass doors seem like they haven’t been cleaned in months, and overall, the entire place looks like it hasn’t had a thorough deep cleaning in a long time. As a young family of five who has been a loyal customer for years, I hope to see this location improve and transform into the clean, dependable, and welcoming bakery it has the potential to be—one that keeps customers coming back time and again.
I have tried to place an order at Panera Bread multiple times over the past few months. The first time, I was told the order was "too big" and had to cancel because I understood they were short-staffed. Later, when my teenage daughters went to pick up an order, they were told someone else had already taken it. We were assured the order would be redone. However, when we called to request just two cookies as a gesture for the inconvenience, Anthony hung up on us. When we called back, we were hung up on again, and then our call went unanswered. We have many years of experience in customer service and understand staffing challenges, but we would never hang up on a customer.
I ordered a large chicken salad sandwich to go from Panera Bread because I was looking forward to the pickle that was supposed to come with it, but sadly it was missing. The sandwich was mostly thick bread, a lot of lettuce and tomato, and very little chicken salad. I was quite disappointed by the absence of the pickle. The only highlight from the Panera Bread menu was the broccoli cheddar soup, although it wasn’t very satisfying.
Ordered a whole size chicken salad sandwich to go so I can get the pickle that comes with and they didn't give me the pickle. It was also mainly thick bread, a lot of greens and tomatoes and very little chicken salad. I was really craving the pickle so bigdisappointment. Only thing worth it anymore is their broccoli cheddar soup and even then they short you on the bowls not gettingfilled.

Used the Panera ap which is absolutely wonderful with customization options available. I placed a pick up order and it was ready on time and exactly as ordered. Service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was clean and neat. The food wasexcellent , hot and fresh, Staff is helpful and eager to assist customers . I was very pleased.

Raw chicken sandwich. As my friend took a few bites, she felt the sandwich was off and there you have it. She called the store and reached the manager who was extremely rude and dismissive and her stomach is feeling off. This incident will be escalated.It's so raw, the chicken resembles sushi.
We had a positive experience eating lunch here on a trip to the Poconos. The soup and sandwich combos we had were prepared quickly and delicious. We shared a fresh chocolate chip cookie. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the staff friendly.

We waited a while before anyone took our order, even though there was no one else in line. They forgot to ask if our order was for here or to go and weren't very friendly. However, the food was good!
Best location (overlooking a swamp) Not crowded at all for a Saturday! Ordered the steak n cheddar plus Greek salad (extras added)
