This was a quick pick up and I haven?t had a soufflé for a while. We were already on our way when I started eating and realized how gross this is. I thought at first it was just gooey cheese but it?s raw. I ate the browned outside crust but the middle was raw egg with a doughy uncooked bottom upon closer inspection. We?re on our way to our first family trip (hours away yet) and I?m hoping I don?t get food poising from the completely raw food. The rest of my family?s food seems fine thankfully but serving raw food that should be cooked is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing once again. Make sure to double-check your order before you leave! There was no dressing for my salad, and I had ordered a side, paying $3 for it, but only received a spoon in the container. On top of that, the Cobb salad I ordered had wilted, seasoned greens instead of fresh ones, and it didn't include all the ingredients listed on the menu. This is unacceptable! (Date of visit: 9/2/22, around 2:15 AM; total cost: $12.89)
We decided to eat breakfast to go at this Panera Bread. We thought we knew what we wanted but we didn't. As we stood there trying to decide we were kindly assisted by the Cashier Tawanna. She helped us decide and Make up our minds on food selections while also entertaining us at the same time. We don't normally go to Panera Bread but we will come see Tawanna at this location in the future while in Brentwood. Real score 4.5
It's standard Panera with good tasting items and a relatively clean store despite the volume of customers. The portion sizes are always on the smaller side, as you can see by the pictures of two items where the Mediterranean bowl was full size but the Fuji apple salad was half size...not much difference in sizes. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the unsweetened beverages choices are appreciated. Réservez une table maintenant
This Panera location truly excels at efficiency! My orders are always accurate and ready for pickup right when I arrive. They pay great attention to detail, even packaging items specifically to prevent soup spills during transport. I wish all restaurants could make the pickup process as simple and straightforward as Panera does!
I ordered food to go, which included drinks with sealed lids. However, when I took a sip of my iced coffee, I felt something soft in my mouth. Upon inspection, I discovered a large house fly in my drink. The kitchen conditions seem very unsanitary. Unfortunately, I had to discard the rest of our food.
