Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing once again. Make sure to double-check your order before you leave! There was no dressing for my salad, and I had ordered a side, paying $3 for it, but only received a spoon in the container. On top of that, the Cobb salad I ordered had wilted, seasoned greens instead of fresh ones, and it didn't include all the ingredients listed on the menu. This is unacceptable! (Date of visit: 9/2/22, around 2:15 AM; total cost: $12.89)
We decided to eat breakfast to go at this Panera Bread. We thought we knew what we wanted but we didn't. As we stood there trying to decide we were kindly assisted by the Cashier Tawanna. She helped us decide and Make up our minds on food selections while also entertaining us at the same time. We don't normally go to Panera Bread but we will come see Tawanna at this location in the future while in Brentwood. Real score 4.5
Panera Bread offers the familiar menu with tasty options and a fairly clean environment despite the high customer traffic. Portions tend to be on the smaller side, as shown in the photos where the Mediterranean bowl is full-sized but the Fuji apple salad appears only half-sized, with little variation between them. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and it's nice to have unsweetened beverage options available.
This Panera Bread location is extremely efficient! My orders are consistently accurate and ready for pickup as soon as I get there. They take great care with details, like packaging soups to avoid spills during transport. I wish every restaurant made the pickup process as easy and smooth as this one does! I ordered takeout that included drinks with sealed lids. However, when I took a sip of my iced coffee, I found something soft in my mouth. Upon looking closer, I discovered a large housefly in my drink. The kitchen conditions appear to be quite unhygienic. Sadly, I had to throw away the rest of our food.
I waited for 20 minutes without any staff acknowledging me! This is easily the worst Panera Bread location in Tennessee. I suggest avoiding this place unless you have a whole hour to spare. Unfortunately, it looks like my customers won't be getting their catering order.

my family really likes it here, but my taste is different. But I always get clammed here. they are fantastic! Unfortunately, including today, they are sold out. please hold them to hand. that's only reason for four stars. #disappointed Réservez une table maintenant
Really? All the tuna is in the package? Bought a salad and confirmed i need utensils, didnt have some? Should i eat this salad with my hands? Sheesh i would give NO STARS if possible. ?
