This restaurant is fantastic, featuring a wonderful and friendly staff. My friend and I often visit to enjoy a meal while using the Wi-Fi to work online. Tonight, the manager, Hope, was on duty, and she went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally left my wallet behind, thanks to my Panera card (which I highly recommend). Her honesty and kindness were truly appreciated! Devin, who checked me out, is such a sweet young man I know from my time as a substitute teacher; I wish him all the best. If you’re in Watertown, make sure to stop by Panera for delicious food and exceptional service. Thank you so much, Hope! I absolutely love the Fuji Apple Salad—it's amazing!
Panera Bread fraudulently charged my credit card the day after my purchase was declined in-store. After calling and being promised a manager would contact me, I never received a call, so I went to the location myself. Rachel and Hope, the shift managers, offered little assistance, and the general manager did nothing. I then contacted corporate and am still disputing a fraudulent charge from this Panera. I strongly advise against going here—they don’t care and may charge your credit card without permission. I recommend everyone check their statements carefully!
This Panera Bread location is a favorite of mine! Conveniently located right off the highway, it consistently offers friendly staff and clean tables. I've been coming here for over four years, and the quality never disappoints. I recently enjoyed the chicken, gouda, and egg breakfast wrap, and it was absolutely delicious. Despite hearing about supply chain problems affecting other restaurants, the food here was surprisingly excellent during my latest visit.
I ordered the Pick 2, choosing the Asian Crunch Chicken Salad and the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich. Unfortunately, some of the lettuce was wilted, and the chicken was mostly gristle or fat, making it inedible. The sandwich had very little sauce, the chicken was extremely dry, and the bread tasted stale. I won’t be returning.

I spent a significant amount on an ordinary chicken sandwich and a bag of chips. Lunch for three nearly reached $50. Although prices have risen everywhere, this seemed a bit steep. The restaurant was quite crowded, and many of the empty tables were dirty. Overall, it wasn’t my best experience at Panera Bread.
Cheddar broccoli soup was amazing as always, service was ok, not top shelf but not bad either, kinda feel like the waitress was having a off day and sick of the mundane day to day that is customer service, the atmosphere was what you'd expect from a chain restaurant.
The employees in the front r such a joy! They kept us smiling they were very respectful and the smoothies r to die for oh my heavens! Definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!!
The service was top notch great. Had a spinach bacon souffle which tasted very good. The lady cashier was very polite and professional. Overall, great service.
