I went to Panera drive thru and ordered $50 worth of food for my family. When I got home, everything was completely wrong. They gave me the wrong order. Not a single item was correct. Normally, you would just drive back and have them correct the mistake. But this Panera is 20 minutes from my home. I called and spoke to the manager, Michelle, and asked her if she could just refund my debit card. This is by far the worst Panera Bread location I’ve been to. It’s the closest one to me, with the next nearest a 20-minute drive away, but I regret visiting every time. The service is always slow, and the drive-thru experience is repeatedly one of the worst I’ve encountered. You end up waiting forever, and when you voice your frustration, the staff just mentions being understaffed and focused mainly on catering orders. If that’s the case, why keep the storefront open if you’re not prepared to serve walk-in or drive-thru customers properly? It might be better to close the front store entirely and concentrate fully on catering, so at least catering customers are satisfied instead of frustratin...
Repeatedly disappointed with what should be a simple, relatively quick, somewhat enjoyable meal. Panera lately has been a sign of the times and the state of the economy. Nothing is reasonably priced, it's slapped together and served in alonger-than-expected timeframe. WiFi here is hit or miss; just kind of enough to get buy for an hour or two if you have tobecause you're working remotely and need to jump on a call. I ordered ahead for lunch, and when I got there the dining area was closed and they were having everyone with an online order go through the drive-thru to pick up their order. Bummer, but okay. I then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for my food, and my friendwaited nearly an hour for her lunch. My sandwich was good but the mac and cheese was cold by the time I got to eat it. Iunderstand that this isn't the fault of the staff, and I give a lot of credit to all of the staff for keeping a level head evenwhen customers were frustrated. If you dine in, be prepared to wait a long time. The staff prioritizes orders placed online or through the app. Even though it was 1:00 pm, right after the lunch rush, they completely neglected in-house orders and focused solely on pre-paid ones. Many customers, including us, waited alongside others for their dine-in orders while watching the online order status board. Believe it or not, it took 30 minutes to get just two bowls of soup and a sandwich.
I ordered in the drive-through. My bread was stale. The lemonade they gave me tasted like it was fermented and old. The steak sandwich they gave me was poorly constructed and falling apart. I had to wait in the drive-through for 10 minutes just to get food that was disgusting.
Foods great as usual however I would recommend people to order online and go for pick up instead going there and order. We were group of two and had to wait for 40 mins which is ridiculous. It?s crowded to sit inside, had to sit in the car until the ordersready.
I have to say, I realized today that Panera Bread isn't the same as it used to be. My lunch cost $20, but it tasted more like fast food than the quality meals they served a few years ago.

Worst Panera Branch ever. No silverware for dine in. Portions are way smaller for what you pay for. Establishment is dirty. No clean seats whatsoever at 8:30 pm and no customer service
Super slow when you order for pickup from the app. Food is decent but need faster service.
