This is a great Panera : they have very friendly staff who are always more than happy to accommodate anything a customer wants. I had a great ice caramel latte, unfortunately my chip bag was open so my delicious crispy chips were very stale which is uncommon but I do love the caprese sandwich! It's totally the bomb I just don't understand why they don't cut it in half? Otherwise great place!
Tara was extremely professional and helpful and provided excellent customer service. I had a small issue with my order and she immediately resolved my issue. Thanks Tara for all of your help.
The staff were attentive and very helpful. Setting has nice seating with booths in mist areas. The food was prepared well, but portions have seemed to have shrunk a bit.
What happened to the sprouted grain roll recipe? Until recently it was round, dense, grainy and flavorful - everything a "sprouted grain" roll should be. Réservez une table maintenant
The cashier was very rude, an older woman. She snaps at you. I don't think I will be going there often. She is there at lunchtime.
Good service. Not busy. Coffee was ok. Pumpkin muffin was delicious. Cold out so i loved the fireplace. Nice touch. Very clean.
