Panera Bread - Réservation de table

I have been coming to Panera here for years. It has been getting progressively worse and worse with little attention or care from managers. The chairs are all stained from hair (see photo), the toilet seat has been broken for over 3 months (discussed with manager 3 times), half the bench seats as missing padding and cannot be sat on, bathroom always looks dirty and walls stained, and nothing seems to get done. It's just going downhill. Hopefully corporate sees these reviews and does something!!!

Enjoyed a quiet meal with my daughter. Shared a 2 for $10 dish. One was Mac and cheese the other was street style mexican corn chowder. We also buy a fresh baguette loaf too so we can sop up all the goodness. Ordered food and it was ready on the counter in 3 minutes which was fast despite the restaurant being fairly busy with a lot of people pulling up for pick up as well. Staff was polite and helpful and the restaurant and restrooms were clean.

I visited this Panera location for lunch during my workday and ordered two bowls of chicken noodle soup to go. However, when I returned to my office and opened the containers, I found that they were mostly just broth with only a few carrots and noodles. Both bowls were identical. I attempted to call the restaurant to speak with a manager, but the phone just kept ringing. I tried multiple times to reach out.

came in for a quick dinner on a wednesday evening …. was told there’s no fresh coffee and they don’t make any after the afternoon…. homeless person was sleeping inside on a chair and wasn’t asked to leave … she had her shoes off and was snoring , no bread given with soup and all the tables were dirty … food on the floors . really just gross ! Ordered delivery through the app and they forgot some items. Takes 30 business days to get a refund and that doesn't solve the issue of missing food. So I'm short items and half to wait 30 business days for a refund.....miserable customer experience.

So I usually order the chocolate croissant and occasionally soup. Today, I ordered broccoli cheddar soup and found a surprise while eating, a strand of hair that was not mine. I have red micro locs.

This restaurant has always been one of my favorites. Just yesterday, my daughter said she wanted to go there for the broccoli and cheddar soup with bread.

I recommend the Asian crunch citrus salad! It’s a very healthy meal for lunch! Plus it’s very filling. Not too oily etc. Réservez une table maintenant
